I’m Alicia Niemeyer, the founder of The One Way Boutique, where we specialize in custom apparel that reflects the unique style for our customers. Each piece we offer is thoughtfully selected (or created) with you in mind, designed to fit seamlessly into your everyday life, special moments, and everything in between.

If you're like me, you know that the right outfit can make a world of difference. There's something empowering about wearing something that feels just right—whether it’s the perfect design, the ideal fit, or a piece that just feels like you. I truly believe that what we wear is an extension of who we are inside, and custom pieces offer a special way to express that.

I am so excited to offer custom apparel that speaks to your individuality. Whether you’re dressing for a casual day, a special occasion, or just because, my goal is to create pieces that make you feel as good as you look. Every design is carefully considered to be both stylish and meaningful, helping you look and feel your best for every moment that life throws your way.

A bit about me: My husband Austin and I got married in October of 2020, and the years have flown by! We both love to travel, though I tend to gravitate toward the mountains, and he’s more of a beach guy. Living in the Midwest makes it tricky to get to either, but we make it work! When we’re not exploring new places, we cherish time spent with our families, who are everything to us. We are also on the journey of becoming parents(have been for the last 5 years..but we know our God is big and will bless us all in his timing). We have started the next journey of becoming parents and as that it is mentally, physically and financially draining-I have held close to this little business of mine to give me the strength to keep going and showing up.

Before diving into custom apparel full-time, I worked as an accountant, and I still take on some side projects. I have a business mindset so I tend to think of anything and everything I can do. I started a coffee trailer over a year ago and it has been nothing but amazing. But times change and as we move forward-I have decided to scale back some and focus more on our future family.

Starting this business has always been a dream of mine, and I’m so grateful to be able to share that dream with all of you.
